Shipping

Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping with no minimum order.

Most orders update shipping information after 7 days until it reaches the next shipping hub, if 7 days passed and your order is still not moving, please contact us and we will help you.

Orders

Add the items that you want to buy to your shopping cart, click processed to checkout, enter your address, choose your shipping method, choose your favorite payment method, and finally click on complete order.

Accounts are optional, but it's recommended to have one if you want to check your order status, your Wishlist, gift cards, and your saved credit cards.
You will receive a tracking number after we ship your order, if 7 days have past, and you still didn't receive an email, login to your account and you will find the tracking next to your order number from here ➡️ My Orders
You can cancel, or change your order within 12 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: support@irhaz.com.
After 12 hours, we can't guarantee that you can make any changes or cancel it.
We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.
Pre-orders allow customers to order products before they are available, and they're shipped to the customer once available.
If you receive an incorrect order, we are so sorry for the mix up! Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within 14 days of delivery with your order number and pictures of the following:
  • the stamped initial/number on the outside of your envelope or box,
  • the order packing slip with the stamped initial visible,
  • Date of transaction/order placed
  • a picture of the incorrect product, with a picture of the bottom/side label of the product so we can see the 4-digit lot number
  • and a list of the babies that are missing.

Payments

We accept ALL major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and Sezzel.
Yes, we do offer pay in 4 payments through Afterpay or Sezzle.
You can purchase a gift card in convenient denominations that will be the perfect gift!
Only ONE discount code can be applied per order and cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
Discount codes are only available for a limited time, and they may also not apply if the items in your cart do not match the criteria of the discount code.
If you did not make a purchase from us and/or don't recognize a charge from IRHAZ we will need you contact us immediately so that we can look into this matter and get it resolved! Please select the No, contact support option below and provide the following information:
  • Your email address
  • Your full name
  • Date of transaction/order placed
  • Last 4 digits of credit card used to make this transaction
  • Total amount charged
If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase. If you still facing the same issue, please send us a screenshot of the error that you get when you try to place order.
All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time that they are issued, so that you can plan your shopping date accordingly!
If your credit card was declined when you first tried to place your order, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. Don’t worry! We do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days.

Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our DC or corporate office.
