Dress to impress with this royal blue velvet short dress, crafted from soft and stretchy velour fabric that moves with you, and features a nice turtleneck that stands high on the neck, skinny long sleeves, and ruched fabric detail with an adjustable drawstring to change the look to an asymmetrical skirt. This velvet dress is also available in Burgundy, and Olive Green.
